There is no limit to how many user-defined properties (UDPs) can be created in Autodesk Vault. But when a Vault implementation includes dozens of properties to manage every aspect of a design’s creation, drafting, review, and approval, you need tools beyond the basic Vault property grid. In this class, you will see how new tabs were added to Vault Explorer to allow users to access custom forms that facilitated review and update of as many as 80 properties for each document. In addition we will cover custom reporting, showing how the properties were leveraged to provide management with advanced project tracking information.
